About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our client's team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, developing, and retaining a customer base within the Air, Sea & Rail freight modes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and grow revenue.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer communications using CRM software.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Freight operations experience.
  • Previous experience in a sales or key account management role at a freight forwarder.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
