Rotherham Primary Care On Call Doctor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Rotherham. As an On Call Doctor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services to patients. With a diverse caseload, you will handle both routine and urgent queries, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage urgent queries from healthcare professionals, staff, and patients in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations for pre-booked and urgent appointments, providing empathetic and comprehensive care.
- Carry out routine and triaged home visits, sharing workload with other GPs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and maintain clear communication with the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Be readily contactable during visits and ensure mobile phone is charged at all times.
Requirements:
- GMC registration, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
The salary range for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
