Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging lessons that foster academic success and personal growth in our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, ensuring that students meet their full potential.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure students meet their academic goals.

About You

  • Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching at the primary level, preferably Year 4.
