Energy Management Customer Manager

TotalEnergies is seeking an experienced Energy Management Customer Manager to join our team.
We are a leading energy supplier to industrial, commercial, and business customers in the UK, and we are looking for a skilled professional to manage our wholesale market access and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy trading, with experience in live commodity markets and a good understanding of Reuters and energy monitoring tools.
The role involves interacting with customers, providing market-leading market information, and ensuring the timely distribution of industry-leading energy market reports.
The Energy Management Customer Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service offering wholesale market access to the UK flexible customer base, ensuring accurate market commentary, and contributing to innovation in customer materials and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the live market desk and ensuring it is open to customers.
- Providing high-quality market information to customers through various channels.
- Ensuring SLAs are maintained for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Representing TotalEnergies at energy industry workgroups and seminars.
