About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Support Practitioner to join our Stranraer team. As a Support Practitioner, you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
  • Take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the individuals we support.
  • Work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements
  • Empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
