About the Role
Nugent is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team at Lime Grove Cottage, a new 3 bed residential provision supporting children and young people with mild to moderate learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and/or neuro-diverse needs.
As a Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care to the children and young people, treating them with dignity and respect. You must be optimistic and compassionate about the care you provide, promoting good childcare practices through the provision of a caring environment.
The overriding principle is that the children we care for should have an experience that is as enjoyable as possible, in a safe, healthy, and relaxed environment which enables them to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards this, which will be funded via an accredited Apprenticeship.
