Compensation Specialist - Equity Programs

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in compensation administration? We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team as an Equity Program Administrator.

About the Role:

  • As an Equity Program Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational functions related to our company's deferred compensation and equity award programs. This includes fund deferral, Restricted Stock Awards, Restricted Stock Units, Non-qualified stock options, Performance Share Units, Performance Cash Units, Substained Growth Awards, Deferred Share Units, and Deferred Stock options.
  • You will partner with vendors, compensation, payroll, accounting, and transfer agents to perform annual vesting and distribution events.
  • You will respond to inquiries from participants and internal business partners related to taxation, payment status, treatment of outstanding awards upon triggering events, accounting, account balance information, and trouble shooting.
  • You will process non-qualified stock option exercises, working closely with vendors, payroll, and transfer agents.
  • You will create and update participant communications, including plan guides, distribution activity, stock certificates, award acceptance, retirement attestation, and plan changes.
  • You will provide support for regulatory filings for country-specific requirements.
  • You will ensure compliance and governance of plan operations.

About You:

  • We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer relation skills. You must be able to develop clear and concise messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Access).
