**Project Manager Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South Cambridgeshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects worth up to £20m from start to finish.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Cost planning, variations, tender analysis, contract administration, cost reporting, change management, and final accounts.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of post-grad experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a chartered surveying practice or consultancy.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or comparable qualification.

**Salary & Benefits:** The salary for this role is estimated at £60k-£65k basic plus benefits package. We offer a clear pathway for promotion and development to a leadership role within the company.
