Personalised Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personalised Education Specialist to join our team at Neurodivergent Practitioners. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals and families to provide tailored support and coaching services.
The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in teaching, tutoring, and coaching, with a strong background in supporting neurodiverse individuals. You will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with ADHD and executive function difficulties.

**Job Summary:**
- Provide personalised coaching and support services to individuals and families
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve executive functions and manage daily responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and develop tailored plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neurodiverse support
**Requirements:
- BA (Hons) or equivalent in Education or related field
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent
- Accredited Executive Function Coach certification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, and coaching
**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
