About the Job:

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Care and Support Coordinator to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. As part of our Adult Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in need.

Job Summary:

  • To assess the needs of individual adults and develop effective care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver holistic care and support services.
  • To ensure that all adults receive person-centred care that respects their rights, dignity and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working in adult social care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as necessary.

Salary:

The salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
