As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert product knowledge, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our skincare products, including ingredients, formulations, and benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their skincare needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive and supportive store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and product launches.
