We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic Aveda Blow Dry Bars team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for our customers. Your creative expertise and passion for people will enable you to educate and delight our customers, while also driving repeat business and meeting individual sales and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch client experiences for all hair types and textures, following the Aveda Ultimate Service Cycle within allotted time.
  • Recommend Home Care Products to customers to meet and exceed individual sales and productivity goals.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team and Blow Dry Bar.

Requirements

  • Qualified Level 2 NVQ Hair Stylist or above.
  • Demonstrated functional and technical skills to perform a blow dry to Aveda standards.
  • A passion and energy to provide authentic and personalized service.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Previous salon experience or similar environment is preferred.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
