Are you an experienced Maths Teacher looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources, supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £35,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons, monitoring student progress, and supporting pupils' academic and personal growth within the subject. You will foster a positive and challenging classroom environment that inspires pupils to achieve and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes pupil engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective Maths curriculum plans.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of subject content and educational trends.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Teacher of Maths, Maths Teacher or in a similar role.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Maths.
  • Familiarity with effective teaching and learning strategies.
