Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Oncology HEOR Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a worldwide health economic and outcomes research strategy to support BMS oncology products' value proposition across the product lifecycle.
  • Design and execute HEOR studies, including systematic literature reviews, disease burden assessments, patient-reported outcomes, real-world treatment patterns, and economic modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market access, clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory, and biostatistics, to ensure alignment and integration of HEOR evidence generation plans.
  • Represent HEOR at cross-functional team meetings and ensure compliance with BMS SOPs and guidance in HEOR study conduct.
  • Maintain and develop strong partnerships with external key opinion leaders in clinical, health economics, and outcomes research.
Qualifications:
  • An advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Econometrics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience, with 3 years in the biopharmaceutical industry or a company providing services to the industry.
  • Experience in executing an HEOR book of work and working in a matrix organization to support worldwide value access for a medicine.
  • An exemplary record of HEOR deliverables and peer-reviewed publications.
