Senior Care and Support Worker

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Night Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Black Country Housing Group. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, respect, and individual rights.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Assisting with care plans and supervising the caring team.
- Providing personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans with empathy and warmth.
- Coordinating care plans for a named group of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is promoted.
- Monitoring residents' physical and mental health, reporting any changes to relevant staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety, COSHH, and the Health & Social Care Act.
**Requirements include:**
- Possessing a genuine passion for providing care and support to vulnerable individuals.
- Holding NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and being willing to work towards NVQ level 3.
- Showing patience, understanding, and a commitment to the well-being of our residents.
