About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Sutton, where you will play a vital role in helping students with Special Educational Needs reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Provide focused support to students with SEN, helping them work towards their learning and personal development goals.
  2. Work closely with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
  3. Support classroom activities, ensuring all students feel engaged, included, and supported.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working with SEN children is beneficial, but we are primarily looking for a compassionate, patient, and motivated individual.
  2. Flexible and creative in adapting support strategies to fit various learning styles.
  3. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred for convenience.
