About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Consultant to join our team at AES Sustainability Consultants Ltd. As an Energy Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality energy and sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
  • Active engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the development
  • Delivery of high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES Thermal Modelling using IES software
  • Being involved in Energy Assessments and modelling improvements
  • Consult on building design to comply with Part L
  • Energy and Sustainability statements for planning
