About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Care Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing and care services at one of our state-of-the-art 60-bedded Nursing Homes in Camden, London.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the team provides specialist care and nursing services to residents, focusing on individualised support and meeting the core values of Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong leadership style, with experience of managing a similar-sized service and client group.
  2. Active NMC Pin (desirable but not essential).
  3. Previous registration with the CQC.
  4. Holding NVQ Level 5 Management in H&SC.
