Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? KBR's Project Delivery Graduate Scheme offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, business development, and digital transformation.

About the Scheme

Our two-year graduate scheme provides four rotations (each six months) on active defence, government, and nuclear projects, as well as vital project support functions. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including improving UK naval base facilities, decommissioning major nuclear sites, and building new spaces in the Middle East.

What We Offer

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs, and will be supported in achieving the industry-recognised Project Management Qualification from the APM.

You will have a proactive approach to seeking out opportunities and bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.

Our Assessment Process

We thoroughly review all candidate applications, proceed to shortlisting through phone screenings, and conclude with an in-person Assessment Centre at our Surrey offices. Our Assessment Centres feature a one-on-one interview, a group activity with other candidates, and delivering your own pre-prepared presentation.
