Cinema Venue Supervisor

In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of one of our cinema venues. You will manage a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food and drink quality.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing venue staff to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Supporting sales growth by promoting menu items and offering personalized recommendations.


Salary Information
We offer an estimated salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as 50% discount on food and drink, 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, and Retail discounts.
