About the Job:- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £60,000 per annum
- Fully site based in Widnes
- Manage tickets and provide first-line technical support to users
- Evaluate and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to outsource partners as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
