Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainability across our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business strategy and operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our sales teams to help them achieve their sustainability targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in sustainability and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or business sustainability.
  • Significant experience in sustainability, preferably in the HVAC sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel at the Intermediate-Advanced level.
