The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a programme of IT and water monitoring infrastructure projects. This includes delivering cutting-edge machine learning platforms, developing market-leading ERP and BI systems, and overseeing the installation of water monitoring assets across diverse environments in the UK.
You will play a vital role in preparing our business for large-scale and rapid growth. Your contribution will be key to our ambitious bids programme, and you will manage projects from mobilisation and planning through to handing over the systems to our Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants to meet project objectives.
- Lead risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact delivery.
- Drive early construction initiatives to meet project timelines, ensuring projects are scheduled for the most appropriate time of the year.
- Develop project plans with input from key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and consultation.
About You
We are looking for a motivated individual with a keen interest in technology and the environment. You are not just managing projects—you are contributing to meaningful change.
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile and MSP).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Knowledge of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Budget management and financial control experience.
