Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Prioritize Resident Needs: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Medication Administration: Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Care Planning: Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary to ensure timely and effective care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Good Nursing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Caring and Compassionate: A caring and compassionate approach to patient care, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Leadership and Organization: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
