Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our learning provision, ensuring that we draw on the best available evidence and practice. This role involves overseeing elements of our professional development programme, focusing on learning and teaching, and our ITT and ECF provision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for line management of one of our subject teams, fostering close links with what goes on in our classrooms. Further responsibilities will be allocated on appointment, based on the successful candidate's interests and experiences.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this demanding role, you should possess genuine creativity, organisational capacity, and excellent communication skills. The ability to teach one of the subjects we offer at A level is an advantage.
You will work closely with our highly intelligent students, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating your ability to hold your own in discussions. Further detail regarding the required skills and qualifications can be found in the Person Specification within the job pack.
BenefitsThis is a full-time permanent position, offering a salary between £L12 - L16 plus Fringe allowance. Term time only is not applicable to this role. We provide an exciting range of professional development opportunities as part of our Teaching School Hub.
