Culinary Specialist

Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our Catering team at our client's site in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs of our clients.
• Manage inventory of stock and order raw materials to minimize wastage.
• Ensure food quality and taste are of the highest standard.
• Maintain health and hygiene in the kitchen.

About You:

• A background in business and industry contract catering.
• City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or level 2 diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety and food safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A real passion for food and service.
