The Strategic Business Leader is responsible for:


•Controlling the overall direction of the company and operations


•Deciding budgets to drive business growth


•Establishing and initiating business partnerships with other companies


•Driving the culture of the business forward


•Overseeing employment and ensuring there are enough staff with the right skills


•Building and maintaining an effective management team


•Generating new business opportunities and approving new projects


•Identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them


•Ensuring best practices are in place


•Attending board meetings and presentations


•Driving profitability and growth of the business


•Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations


•Exploring strategic growth opportunities, including future acquisitions and mergers

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader who can demonstrate exceptional managerial performance. A degree in material science, engineering, chemistry, or physics would be beneficial, as well as an MBA or higher. Fluency in a European language is a plus, but not essential.
