Job Title: Embedded Design Team Lead

As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers and contribute to the development of advanced defence technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day line management of the team, identifying opportunities and driving process improvements.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to promote a delivery-focused culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and test embedded systems onto hardware platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable team leadership experience.
  • Background in digital hardware design, FPGA design, or embedded software design.
  • Embedded digital design and modelling skills.
  • Experience with integration and test of embedded systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
