Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Weston Hospicecare Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of paid staff and volunteers to create an engaging shopping environment and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accurate inventory management and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the retail and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Host events and activities to attract customers and promote our brand.
- A competitive salary of £23,381 per annum.
