The Finance Business Partner will be the finance lead, working closely with business divisions to create and maintain stakeholder relationships. This role will provide consistent support and analysis to aid commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with non-finance stakeholders to provide comprehensive commercial forecasts
• Provide accurate analysis to aid commercial decision-making
• Support and challenge to drive greater efficiency and improve profitability
• Presentation and provision of excellent reporting at team meetings
• Support budgeting process
• Help to improve sales growth
• Commercial decision support

Person Profile

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or qualified by experience with a relevant background
• Experience within a fast-paced retail/consumer environment is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel, including modelling
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
