About the Role

At Jupiter, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Sustainable Investments initiatives. As a key member of our ESG Research and Integration team, you will play a vital role in shaping our investment approach and driving sustainable growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ESG landscape within the investment industry and be able to develop and implement effective sustainable investment strategies. You will work closely with our investment teams, risk and compliance, technology, distribution, and senior management to drive business growth and maximize returns while minimizing environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable investment strategies aligned with client requirements and market trends.
  • Work closely with investment teams to provide analytical support and deliver strategic insights on ESG risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with risk and compliance, technology, distribution, and senior management to ensure alignment and maximize returns.
  • Build strong relationships with external ESG partners, including trade bodies, NGOs, regulators, and policy makers, to stay informed on market developments and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the ESG landscape within the investment industry.
  • Demonstrable experience working within the financial services/investment industry with strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
  • Management skills and ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build productive relationships with investment professionals, risk and compliance, technology, distribution, and senior management.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and flexible working arrangements.
