Store Manager Role at Costa Coffee

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales, profit, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the local community to identify and welcome new customers, driving positive NPS and customer loyalty.
- Take ownership of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Train and develop your team to become the best they can be, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
