Deputy Head Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at THE PIG. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained across all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper in the efficient running of the housekeeping team.
  • Support and develop a team of Room Attendants and Linen Porters.
  • Set an example and encourage team members to strive for excellence.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure all furnishings, fittings, and equipment are in good condition.
  • Manage all linen, deliveries, and stock.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Deputy Head Housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
