We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Therapist to join our team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our Youth Justice Service, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional social work for families across our borough.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver systemic therapy to young people and their families in their homes and community settings
- Develop and implement our systemic practice model, working closely with colleagues and other professionals
- Support staff in developing their skills and knowledge in systemic therapy
- Contribute to the development of a service for complex adolescents
- Work closely with our residential services team to support young people in care
- Experience delivering systemic therapy with a wide range of young people and families
- Experience working with vulnerable groups in diverse ethnic communities
- Good understanding of child development and relevant interventions, approaches, theories, and legislation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with all kinds of people, especially children
