The ideal candidate will have previous experience in courier operations and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising the courier team to ensure efficient operations
  • Managing orders and tracking shipments using the in-house system Courier Navigator
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries
  • Assisting with stocktaking and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with the team to meet deadlines and achieve targets

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience in courier operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good geographical knowledge and basic numeracy skills

Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with occasional overtime paid. The salary is £26-27k depending on experience.
