The Dragonfly Colchester hotel offers a unique blend of relaxation and excitement, with its historic City Centre and beautiful Essex countryside surroundings. As a Front of House team leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Driving sales growth and revenue through effective service delivery
  • Developing and implementing service standards and procedures
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management team to achieve business objectives
  • Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
