We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Manager to join our team in Manchester. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the electrical fit-out elements of our projects, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Job:

You will work closely with our operations team to address any issues that may arise, retrieve quotes for supply costs, and provide technical liaison with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors. This role requires prior experience working on projects worth £20,000 to £3,000,000 (M&E value), as well as the ability to use Microsoft packages and read/interpret drawings.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the electrical fit-out elements of our projects
  • General assistance with site-related tasks
  • Retrieving quotes for supply costs to ensure competitiveness
  • Technical liaison with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Attending meetings and site visits as required
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working on projects worth £20,000 to £3,000,000 (M&E value)
  • Able to use Microsoft packages and read/interpret drawings
  • NVQ, HNC or relative electrical qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Experience as an electrician is essential
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity managing sub-contractors and suppliers is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
