Waste Management Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waste Management Team Leader to join our team in Rainham, Essex. The successful candidate will have a strong background in waste management and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead a team and make decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Leading a team of staff and providing guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations.
• Resolving issues and queries related to weighbridge operations.
• Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing financial records and ensuring spending is within allocated budgets.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader.
• Strong understanding of waste management principles and regulations.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid UK driving license.
