As an Employment Advisor with Maximus Services, LLC, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of customers, providing coaching and support to help them prepare for interviews and job searching.
  • Co-produce personalized action plans with sequenced interventions and development opportunities to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with local specialist services to address specific issues, such as substance misuse, anger management, debt advice, and health and vocational training.
  • Fully comply with company policies, including those for personal data security, safeguarding, and health and safety.
  • Work from local hubs and community outreach locations to increase service accessibility.
Requirements:
  • A strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to work and colleagues.
  • Previous experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes, including 365 products and modern digital technologies.
  • Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and overcoming any barriers.
