Key Responsibilities

The Test Administration Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of examinations across all qualifications. This includes supporting the Head of Test Administration and managing the Test Administration Team.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all examination-related documents are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing manual exam applications, managing post-exam data, and providing feedback to suppliers.

To be successful as a Test Administration Lead, you must have prior management experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent customer service skills.

The annual salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,850.
