Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Administer medication and monitor the care team's practice to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Work closely with other nurses and report to the Deputy Manager.
  • Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments to deliver outstanding care.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
