Job Title: Artworker-Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Artworker-Designer to join our team at Wasserman. As an Artworker-Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and designs for various projects, including experiential event branding, point-of-sale materials, and large-scale multi-stadium events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and artwork 2D designs for concept designs, including experiential event branding, POS, and large-scale multi-stadium events
  • Support the wider design team in delivering artwork for multiple projects
  • Produce brand-guided and new concept assets
  • Artwork vector files for cut vinyl
  • Manage a high volume of projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Confidence to pitch your own creative ideas to ensure continuous improvement
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality artwork across all deliverables and timescales
  • Exceptional quality control across printed and physical collateral
  • Complete simple and fast turnaround artwork amend requirements and quality control

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with a sound knowledge of all Office applications, 3D graphics skills/knowledge, and an advantage
  • Able to build/create and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Retouching skills and visualising techniques (3D mock-up ability an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of print processes, including colour management
  • An organised, methodical, and consistent approach to work
  • The ability to communicate with team and coworkers confidently and effectively
  • Can work on multiple projects at once
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment to set deadlines
  • Carry an exceptional eye for detail and high standards
