About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Pastoral Support Worker to join our team at River Dart Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and education of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral care and support to students with additional needs
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Pastoral Support Manager to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure students receive the necessary guidance and support
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
