Compliance Officer

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to support the company's growth and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Monitoring: Review daily transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits and assessments of compliance procedures and controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to maintain a robust compliance framework.
- Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services or FX industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and compliance practices.
