NHS Medical Laboratory Assistant

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Liver Cell Science team at King's College Hospital, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the isolation of hepatocytes to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards in a clean room environment. This involves maintaining the laboratory in a fit state and assisting in isolation procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Liver Cell Scientist in the maintenance of the GMP laboratory, including cleaning and environmental monitoring.
- Support the Production and Quality Managers in maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
