Pregnancy Care Specialist Wanted

We invite applications from experienced Consultants in Pregnancy Care to lead our team in delivering high-quality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex pregnancies and collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective pathways of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a consultant-led service provider, work closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for resident doctors in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
  • Evaluate and enhance patient care pathways within the Obstetric service.
  • Collaborate with obstetric colleagues to support their professional development, including surgical assistance and leadership in high-risk patient management.
  • Participate in theatre cases, focusing on providing expert care and leading complex surgeries.

Essential Qualifications

  • CCT in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
  • Completion of ATSMs in advanced Labour Ward Management, High-Risk Obstetric Medicine, and Maternal Medicine.
  • Postgraduate qualifications such as MSc, MD, PhD, or MA in related disciplines.

Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary between £105,504 and £139,882 annually, taking into account part-time arrangements. A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided.
