**Job Description:** Pediatric Care Associate
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Care Associate to support the care and development of babies and children with additional needs in London.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves observing and supporting children with additional needs through play, as well as signposting families to relevant services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Requirements- An understanding of child development and experience working with children with developmental delay.
- Experience working in the community with families.
- Healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of special needs and children's mental health needs.
- Able to work in an environment where they will be patient-facing and in close proximity.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, as well as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
