We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our team at ProfDoc in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and work closely with healthcare professionals to optimise patient medication therapies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and manage patient medication regimens to ensure safety and effectiveness, providing expert advice on drug therapy and interactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement medication policies that promote best practices and ensure patient safety.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews, particularly for high-risk patients, and provide education on proper medication use.
  • Support the development of medication-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • MPharm degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) are essential.
  • Experience in a clinical pharmacy role is preferred but not mandatory.

This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
