Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Oversee personal care services, ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Maintain accurate records and manage care plans using computer systems.
- Provide hands-on care when necessary, ensuring residents' health and well-being.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment for staff.
- Gender Requirement: Female only (Due to personal care needs)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in elderly care.
- Management Experience: Proven experience in managing care staff.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3-5 in Health and Social Care.
- Location: Must be local to the area.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and care planning.
- Resident Care: Experience working in small care settings is beneficial, as you will be caring for 7 residents.
- Preferred Background: This role could be ideal for a nurse looking to transition into a management role or considering retirement.
