About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of dedicated staff, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and product displays
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop and execute in-store events and activations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems
